Overlay Project 2022

General work description: Edge widening, cold planing, and 2" thick 1/2"- HMA overlay with geosynthetic interlayer on Winters Road and Putah Creek Road from 1,050' south of Baker Lane to the City of Winters in Solano County. The work also includes: construction of a HMA driveway, construction of a gravel roadway, constructing roadside ditches, shoulder backing, striping, adjusting facilities to grade, and signage.
