On-Call Environmental Services RFP 2023

The Solano County Department of Resource Management-Public Works Engineering is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced biological and environmental professionals to provide environmental services for various upcoming locally-funded (non-state or federal) construction projects. The requested services include, but are not limited to, preparation of mitigation/monitoring plans, protocol field surveys, pre-construction surveys, environmental construction education, environmental monitoring/reports, and mitigation monitoring.
