Updated RFP - Stevenson Bridge Road Bridge Construction Management

The County of Solano (“County”), in conjunction with the County of Yolo, the California Department of Transportation (“Caltrans”), and the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”), are scheduled to rehabilitate the Stevenson Bridge (“Bridge”) which spans over Putah Creek. Stevenson Bridge (23C0092) was constructed in 1923. The construction contract was awarded in December of 2025 to contractor, A&B Construction (“Contractor”). The Contractor will begin work on the Bridge starting May 1st on grading and scaffolding operations. Bridge construction is projected to begin on June 15th. The selected consultant (“Consultant”) will provide construction management services for the Stevenson Bridge Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project (“Project”).
